Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Short version: your music never leaves your computer. ėck0 reads your FL Studio projects and beats locally. Online, we only keep what we need for your account, your licence, syncing your settings and the anonymous ėck0nomy totals.
Who we are
ėck0 is made by ėck0nomy, owner Jasper Clark Lovedoreal, Von Rollstrasse 2, 4702 Oensingen, Switzerland. Contact: eck0000000000000000@gmail.com
What stays on your computer
Your FL Studio projects (.flp), beats, loops, samples, kits, file names and folder paths. ėck0 analyses them on your computer only. They are never uploaded.
What we store online
- Account: your email address (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares: email and name).
- Licence: which plan you have (Demo, Appetizer, Combo Plate) and until when it is paid.
- Devices: up to 2 computers per account – a device ID generated by ėck0, the computer name and the system (Mac/Windows), so you can see and remove them.
- Sync: small settings files (app settings, goals, producer names, Huh and Deja Vu scores, app icon) so they match on your computers. No music, no folder paths.
- The ėck0nomy (optional, on by default): once a day, ėck0 sends anonymous totals for the current year and week – e.g. hours in FL Studio, number of beats, loops, projects, finished and unfinished projects, notes, crashes, most used key, average BPM, the hour you finish most beats – together with your country (from your computer's region setting) and a one-way hash of the device ID. No name, no email, no file names. These numbers are only shown added up with everyone else's. You can turn this off any time: Pulse → ėck0nomy, or Settings → "Share my numbers with the ėck0nomy".
Payments
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy processes your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive your email, the plan and the subscription status so ėck0 can unlock. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
Services we use
- Supabase – account, database and server functions (hosted in the EU, Ireland).
- Lemon Squeezy – payments and subscriptions.
- Google – "Continue with Google" sign-in, if you choose it. If you connect Gmail in ėck0 to send beats, ėck0 only sends the mails you ask it to send, directly from your computer.
Why we process it
To provide the app and your subscription (contract), to keep your account secure, and – for the anonymous ėck0nomy totals – because you can see and switch it off at any time.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, devices and sync data. Anonymous totals cannot be traced back to you. Payment records are kept by Lemon Squeezy as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. Just write to eck0000000000000000@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Swiss data protection authority (FDPIC) or your local authority in the EU.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above.
