Terms of Service

1. Who we are
ėck0 is a desktop app made by ėck0nomy, owner Jasper Clark Lovedoreal, Von Rollstrasse 2, 4702 Oensingen, Switzerland. Contact: eck0000000000000000@gmail.com. Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their buyer terms also apply.
2. Plans
- Demo – free. One year, shorter exports, no saving, no Customize, no Stash Kit.
- Appetizer – CHF 8 per month or CHF 80 per year. The current year, with export and save. No Stash Kit.
- Combo Plate – CHF 17 per month or CHF 170 per year. Everything: every year and all-time, Stash Kit and all features.
Prices include VAT where it applies. Lemon Squeezy may show the price in your local currency.
3. Subscription and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time, with no notice period, in the customer portal ("Manage subscription" in ėck0 → Settings → ėck0 account). After cancelling, ėck0 keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then goes back to the Demo.
4. Your account and devices
One subscription can be used by one person on up to 2 computers. You can remove a computer in ėck0 and add another. Please do not share your account.
5. Golden Tickets
Appetizer and Combo Plate licence cards (Golden Tickets) issued before the subscription launch were valid until 18 October 2026. Demo tickets stay valid.
6. Your music
Your projects and beats stay yours and stay on your computer. Videos and images you export with ėck0 are yours to post and share.
7. Fair use
Don't try to crack, resell or redistribute ėck0, or interfere with the ėck0 servers. If you do, we may close the account.
8. The app
We work hard to keep ėck0 running well, but it is provided "as is". Statistics come from your own files and can be imperfect (for example detected keys or tempos). As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data – keep backups of your projects.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes, we let you know in the app or by email before they apply.
10. Law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Oensingen, Switzerland (canton of Solothurn), unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
